WTB/WTS: VPS and SSH Shell Provider

I am looking for cheap, affordable and reliable (uptime) VPS (XEN or OpenVZ) VPS or SSH Shell Provider. If anyone knows , please recommend.

Currently I am using Atlanta VPS, speed is OK. But I need more, and willing to pay more if anyone could recommend me

Korean Based IP
Sweden Based IP
Germany Based IP

Budget: USD 5.00 Per Month or Less. :)

I am not interested in domain registration, just a VPS and SSH Shell.
